Revision of the California Section, ACS, Bylaws
This revision of the bylaws uses strikeout type to show deletions and underlined type to show additions. Many bylaws have been moved or incorporated into other bylaws. Some of the language has been changed to more conform to that in the ACS Committee on Constitution and Bylaws model bylaws to facilitate approval of the revision when it is submitted, if approved by the Section’s members, to the ACS Committee.
